1. Product Overview

Mobile Loading Platform, also known as mobile loading ramp or portable loading dock, is a movable hydraulic loading and unloading auxiliary equipment. It is designed to bridge the gap between cargo trucks and warehouse ground, solving the height difference problem during goods loading and unloading. Combined with forklifts, manual pallet trucks and hydraulic lifting trolleys, it greatly improves logistics handling efficiency.

2. Working Principle

The whole equipment adopts hydraulic lifting drive. Operate the hydraulic pump to raise the front slope plate, adjust the platform height to match the truck compartment floor, then lock the safety support to fix the height. After finishing loading work, release the hydraulic valve to lower the platform for moving and storage.

1. Main Platform: Thick anti-slip patterned steel plate, wear-resistant and anti-skid to prevent forklift skidding.
2. Hydraulic Lifting System: Integral hydraulic cylinder, manual pump or plug-in electric pump for height adjustment.
